Fallon Health applications, including MyFallon member portal and Provider Tools, use a service that allows you to log in to many applications through a single username and password.

What is my username?

Your username is the email address you used to register.

How do I sign in?

Members:

  1. Open a web browser and go to MyFallon.
  2. Enter your username and password.

Providers:

  1. Open a web browser and go to fallonhealth.okta.com.
  2. Enter your username and password.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Members:

  1. Open a web browser and go to MyFallon.
  2. Click "Need help signing in?"
  3. Click “Forgot password.”
  4. Enter the email address you listed in your user account settings.
  5. Click “Reset via email.
  6. Look in your inbox and follow the prompts.

Providers:

  1. Open a web browser and go to fallonhealth.okta.com.
  2. Click "Need help signing in?"
  3. Click “Forgot password.”
  4. Enter the email address you listed in your user account settings.
  5. Click “Reset via email.
  6. Look in your inbox and follow the prompts.

How do I change the way I receive my verification code?

To protect your security when you log into MyFallon, we require you to verify your identity with a code that you receive via email, text message, or voice call. To change the method by which you receive this code, follow the steps below.

  1. Using your MyFallon username and password, log into https://fallonhealth.okta.com/.
  2. At the top right of the screen, click the carrot (^) icon next to your name, and then choose “Settings” from the drop-down menu.


  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to the “Extra Verification” section.
  4. If the “SMS Authentication” and “Voice Call Authentication” options say “Disabled” next to them, click on the “Edit Profile” button at the top right of the screen.



    If the “SMS Authentication” and “Voice Call Authentication” options have “Set up” buttons next to them, you can skip
    to Step 6.




  5. Enter your password, and then follow the onscreen instructions to send and enter your verification code.
  6. Click the “Set up” button for the verification method(s) you would like to set up, then follow the onscreen instructions to enter your phone number, send a verification code and enter and verify the code.
  7. You’re done!

What browsers can I use?

When you log into the MyFallon member portal, please use the latest version of one of these supported browsers for the best experience: 

  • Microsoft Edge 
  • Mozilla Firefox 
  • Apple Safari 
  • iOS Safari
  • Google Chrome 

Because Microsoft is phasing out Microsoft Internet Explorer, some websites (including MyFallon) do not work well with that browser.
