Long-term services and supports (LTSS) providers help people who need assistance to do everyday tasks like taking a bath, getting dressed, making food, and taking medicine. LTSS include Adult Day health, Adult Foster Care, Group Adult Foster Care, Home Health Agency, Licensed Home Health Care, Certified Home Health Agency, Non-Emergent Transportation, Non-Medical Transportation, Aging Services Access Points, Personal Care Management, Independent Living Centers and Fiscal Intermediaries.
