We're a provider of care for elderly adults

Fallon Health sponsors Summit ElderCare, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, that offers elderly adults and their caregivers an alternative to nursing homes.

We support programs that promote health care and social services.

We also think community service is so important that we encourage our employees to volunteer. Fallon invites employees to volunteer one day per year, on company time.
