Community involvement

It’s more than a just a mission. At Fallon Health, we think that community service is so important that not only do we sponsor charitable events and organizations, we encourage our employees to get involved in their communities.

Our employees donate hundreds of volunteer hours each year to community organizations across our service area.

Fallon continues to reach out to support organizations that make tough times a little more bearable for those in need.

United Way Day of Caring

Fallon Health employees participate in the annual United Way Day of Caring, which is a half-day community project. Projects have included:

  • Painting at Lakeside Apartments and Great Brook Valley in Worcester
  • Gardening at Girls, Inc.
  • Picking vegetables at the Community Harvest Project

Other community events

Fallon Health also sponsors and supports a number of community events throughout Massachusetts:

  • Worcester Pride
  • Worcester's 4th of July Celebration
  • Worcester's St. Patrick's Day Parade
