Fallon Health expands to include Reliant Medical Group in its Fallon Senior Plan Medicare network in 2020
Starting January 1, 2020, Fallon Senior Plan members will be able to see Reliant Medical Group providers.
Worcester, Mass., May 2, 2019 — Fallon Health, a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health care services organization, announced today that Reliant Medical Group care providers will be in network for its Fallon Senior Plan Medicare Advantage plan members starting January 1, 2020.
The Fallon Senior Plan network currently includes 11,900 primary care providers and specialists throughout the state. With the addition of Reliant Medical Group, its network of care providers will increase by 500 and offer greater choice to members who seek care in central Massachusetts.
Reliant Medical Group is one of the largest medical groups in the region. It offers a full range of primary care and more than 30 specialties, radiology services and same-day medical care for urgent needs. Among its 25 locations, Reliant has recently opened sites in Worcester, Westborough, Leominster, Milford, Shrewsbury and Auburn, which allow for better collaboration among doctors, nurses, technicians and other health care professionals.

Fallon currently contracts with Reliant Medical Group for its commercial products—Fallon Select Care, Fallon Direct Care and Community Care, its Senior Care Options plan, NaviCare®, and they jointly operate Fallon 365 Care, a MassHealth Accountable Care Organization.
