Fallon Health announces Linda St. John as Vice President, Talent Management

Worcester, Mass., November 19, 2018 — Fallon Health, a nationally recognized not-for-profit health care services organization, is pleased to announce its recent appointment of Linda St. John as Vice President, Talent Management.

With more than 30 years of experience in human resources, St. John ensures that Fallon’s talent meets its growing and evolving organizational and business needs. In this role, St. John oversees talent management for approximately 1,200 employees across Fallon’s nine sites. 

St. John rejoins Fallon after previously serving at the company for 27 years. During her first tenure, St. John held numerous leadership roles in human resources, including Chief Human Resources Officer. Her contributions helped to foster employee engagement scores that exceed other high-performing companies in the industry. In 2015, St. John launched a consulting firm, LSJ Leadership Coaching LLC, where she coached C-level executives and senior leaders. 

St. John has a master’s degree in organizational psychology from William James College in Newton and a Masters of Business Administration in health care administration from Anna Maria College in Paxton. She also holds a graduate certificate in executive coaching from William James College and a Bachelor of Science degree in public relations and journalism from Utica College of Syracuse University. 

She has chaired the Worcester Advisory Board of Bottom Line, a non-profit helping low-income and first-generation students get to college, stay in college and earn their degrees, and served on the Massachusetts board from 2008-2017.
St. John resides in North Grafton.
