Fallon Health’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Jill Lebow, honored as Outstanding Woman in Business

Worcester, Mass., November 20, 2017 — The Worcester Business Journal has named Jill Lebow, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Fallon Health, as one of its six Outstanding Women in Business for 2017.

According to the Worcester Business Journal, the annual award is given to “strong, talented and remarkable women who are making their mark on the Central Massachusetts business community.”

In her role at Fallon Health, a non-profit health care services organization, Lebow is responsible for the functional areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Total Rewards. She ensures that Fallon’s human resources systems, functions and services are aligned to attract, engage and develop the talent necessary for Fallon to meet its growing and evolving organizational and business needs.

Lebow joined Fallon in 2008 as Director of Employee Relations and Staffing and was promoted to Human Resources Business Partner in 2012. In this consultative and proactive role, Lebow advised senior leaders, managers and employees in areas such as organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, retention and employee development.

In addition to her contributions to Fallon, Lebow was a Human Resources Business Partner at Hanover Insurance and worked in employee relations at Abbvie.

Lebow has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Connecticut and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law. She is a member of the Worcester Boys and Girls Club Human Resources Committee. She also sits on the advisory board for Bottom Line to help low-income and first-generation-to-college students get to and through college.

The award was formally presented to Lebow on November 17 at the Worcester Business Journal’s annual event held at Tuckerman Hall.
