Proton pump inhibitors
FCHP has removed the following PPI medications from our covered drug list: Prevacid, Prilosec, Protonix, Zegerid, lansoprazole, omeprazole and pantoprazole, and added a new prescription PPI called Kapidex^™ to our formulary.

Radiology management
FCHP is partnering with MedSolutions to provide authorization services for high-tech outpatient elective diagnostic imaging procedures for your patients. Authorization is required for CT scans (including CTA), MRI/MRA studies, Nuclear Cardiac Imaging (NCM), and PET scans.
