Action required: Important updates to your Provider Tools login

We’ve made some updates to the Provider Tools’ security settings. Now, you'll use this website,, to manage your password and login credentials.

  1. Log in to the password self-service portal with your existing ID and password.
  2. Change your password and set security questions.
  3. Complete these steps before June 30, 2015.

If you do not log in to change your password and set security questions by June 30, 2015, your account will be removed, and you will need to re-submit a request for access.

Every 180 days you’ll be required to change your password.
