Effective immediately - Correction on fluoride varnish application for FCHP MassHealth providers

It is important to note that preauthorization is not required for providers to apply fluoride varnish to eligible FCHP MassHealth members under age 21. A preauthorization requirement was incorrectly attached to the fluoride varnish application, D1206, and has now been removed. The provider’s specific reimbursement is listed in his or her contractual arrangement with FCHP.
