Fallon Community Health Plan appoints Patricia M. Zinkus to Director of Case Management
Worcester, Mass., March 26, 2010—Fallon Community Health Plan (FCHP), a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health care services organization, announces the appointment of Patricia M. Zinkus to Director of Case Management. In this role, she will be responsible for directing all case management programs for the health plan’s commercial and Medicare Advantage plans to ensure members receive high-quality, cost-effective care. In addition, she will be responsible for measuring and reporting on program milestones related to clinical and financial outcomes, as well as guiding strategy, policies and protocols that are consistent with the company’s objectives.
Zinkus comes to FCHP from Public Sector Partners, Inc., a consulting and service delivery organization, where she held the role of Director of Revenue Operations. In this position, she oversaw multiple programs that included Medicare Part D Claims Coordination, Medicare Appeals for Home Health Services, Medicaid and Medicare Third Party Billing Services, as well as an Outreach and Educational Program. Prior to her work at Public Sector Partners, Zinkus oversaw care coordination at United Health Care for 18 years.
A resident of Worcester, Mass., Zinkus is a graduate of the Saint Vincent Hospital School of Nursing and is a certified case manager. She is also a Corporator and volunteer for Children’s Friend, Inc. in Worcester.
