Fallon Community Health Plan appoints Christine L. Cassidy to Senior Director of Corporate Communications
Worcester, Mass., May 21, 2010—Fallon Community Health Plan (FCHP), a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health care services organization, is pleased to announce the appointment of Christine L. Cassidy to Senior Director of Corporate Communications. In this position, she will be responsible for all media and public relations, as well as overseeing the company’s internal communications, social media strategy and Web site.
Cassidy came to FCHP in 2002 and has held myriad roles in the Communications Department, and most recently served as Director of Corporate Communications. Prior to FCHP, Cassidy was Editor of The Lancaster Times and North County Family & Health. She also spent 15 years at the John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company in Boston, where, as a System Project Manager, she led a 16-member team through a multi-million dollar project to optimize the automatic adjudication of group health claims.
Cassidy lives in Lancaster, Mass., with her two children.
