Teena Osgood, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Teena Osgood has been leading the human resources function for Fallon Community Health Plan since she joined the (former) Fallon Healthcare System in 1999. As a member of the senior leadership team, she is responsible for establishing human resources strategies and overseeing all recruiting, retention, training, compensation, and benefit programs.

Osgood has extensive experience in human resources in both health care and financial services. Previously with MassMutual Financial Group, she spent over 25 years in their health insurance business in a variety of roles, including systems development and implementation, sales training, financial management, and customer service initiatives. She also spent several years in their Corporate Human Resources organization as Vice President of Human Resources. 

She holds a bachelor degree from the University of Connecticut in English and a master’s in industrial psychology from Springfield College. She has also earned a CLU designation.

Osgood has been active as a leader and director of various community organizations in Western Massachusetts and currently serves on the boards of trustees of the Worcester Historical Museum and Mechanics Hall in Worcester, Massachusetts
