Preventive care services

Within the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), also known as Health Care Reform (HCR), there is a requirement to cover certain preventive care services and tests in full, as long as they are administered by in-network providers.

Fallon Community Health Plan will implement the preventive care requirements for all our plans that are not “grandfathered” and for our customers who wish to comply with the rule voluntarily. Please visit http://www.healthcare.gov/center/regulations/prevention/recommendations.html for lists of the specified preventive care services that are covered without copayments, deductibles, or coinsurance (as long as they are administered by in-network providers).
