Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Information Center is a place where you can meet with health insurance professionals in person and get answers to your questions. It's the first of its kind in Massachusetts!

At the Information Center, you can:

  • Meet with a representative, one-on-one.

  • Address concerns regarding a claim or bill.

  • Enroll in a Medicare, Medicaid or commercial health plan.

No appointment is necessary, and walk-ins are always welcome!

Learning to breathe easier
Are you having difficulty breathing? Learn tips and techniques to accomplish everyday activities without shortness of breath. Discover how healthy behaviors will improve your ability to breathe better. Learn how and when to use breathing exercises. Topics on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and emphysema will be addressed.

Massage Therapy
Have tight muscles? Start to move in comfort after you receive a 15-minute table or chair massage. Please call to book your free treatment. Massage is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. You should see a physician or other qualified medical specialist for any mental or physical ailment. Massage should not be performed under certain medical conditions, consult your doctor about your specific medical conditions.

Medicare Supplement sales presentation
Medicare Supplement plans allow you to receive care at any facility or from any provider who accepts Medicare.

Nutrition and You
This four-week interactive program is designed to help you create a healthier lifestyle. You will discover ways to set S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) goals, learn about portion control, how to read food labels and the importance of eating breakfast. Discussions will include tips on how to incorporate more fruits, vegetables and whole grains into your diet.

SilverSneakers® Circuit*
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. Sleeping better
Are you getting enough sleep? Are there nights when you toss and turn, and don’t feel rested when you awake? Learn tips and techniques that will help you sleep better. Plus, discover how much sleep you really need, learn about sleeping disorders, and why your sleeping patterns vary and will change with age.

Stress management program*:
How does stress affect your daily life? How can you manage it? This four-week program is designed to help you understand stress and learn ways to control it. You’ll do deep breathing exercises, practice guided meditation and understand how physical activity and good nutrition help with stress management. Tech series workshop: Facebook for the “advanced” user
Sick of getting requests to play Candy Crush? Want to keep your wall messages private? If you know the basics of Facebook, but want to learn more—this is the workshop for you! Learn about security settings, creating and joining events and groups, how to block activity, mobile Facebooking and more.

Yoga Flow*
A dynamic class that connects movement with breath through a series of yoga postures that build strength, increase flexibility and balance. Enhance your self-awareness and promote stress relief through the use of breathing techniques. This class is for people of all experience levels.
