Stress management program*:
How does stress affect your daily life? How can you manage it? This four-week program is designed to help you understand stress and learn ways to control it. You’ll do deep breathing exercises, practice guided meditation and understand how physical activity and good nutrition help with stress management. Tech series workshop: Facebook for the “advanced” user
Sick of getting requests to play Candy Crush? Want to keep your wall messages private? If you know the basics of Facebook, but want to learn more—this is the workshop for you! Learn about security settings, creating and joining events and groups, how to block activity, mobile Facebooking and more.
A dynamic class that connects movement with breath through a series of yoga postures that build strength, increase flexibility and balance. Enhance your self-awareness and promote stress relief through the use of breathing techniques. This class is for people of all experience levels.
