The Information Center is a place where you can meet with health insurance professionals in person and get answers to your questions. It's the first of its kind in Massachusetts!

At the Information Center, you can:

  • Meet with a representative, one-on-one.

  • Address concerns regarding a claim or bill.

  • Enroll in a Medicare, Medicaid or commercial health plan.

No appointment is necessary, and walk-ins are always welcome!
