In this healthy lifestyle behavior program you will learn how to set goals, discover easy ways to add healthy food into your diet, cook healthier meals, de-stress and learn the benefits of exercise. Blood pressure checks
This test measures systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
Body composition analysis screening
This measures body fat percentage and determines body mass index (BMI).
Learn what you can do to reduce your risk of getting breast cancer. Find out how often you should get a mammogram, how to prepare for one and what to expect during the procedure.
Broker Education Meeting and Training*
This special training session for brokers will provide detailed information about Fallon’s Medicare plan options available to both individuals and groups for the 2014 benefit year. Learn about member eligibility, cost-sharing, benefits and plan extras. Plus, receive information about broker compensation schedules and rates. Carbon monoxide (CO) screening
This screening analyzes the amount of carbon monoxide that builds up in the body.

Go beyond the basics of childproofing. Learn how to assess your home inside and out to determine the hazards that you may not even know are there.

You’ll learn about the benefits, services and items you can receive through NaviCare—at no cost to you—like: dental care, hearing aids, eyeglasses, over-the-counter medications, prescription drugs and transportation to and from doctor appointments.

Nutritious lunchbox ideas
Want your kids to start eating better? This free, interactive workshop will teach children, ages 6 to 11, why eating healthy is important, which foods will keep them healthy and energized, and how they can turn their lunch into an exciting, nutritious meal! All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Pet adoption day
Expand your family and provide a loving home to an animal in need at our adoption event. Second Chance Animal Shelter—a no-kill, non-profit charitable organization—will process applications and assist those who are ready to adopt. Already have a pet? Attendees will receive coupons from local pet stores and have the chance win a gift basket for their furry friends.

Health care is complex, confusing and fast moving. Having an effective relationship with your primary care provider is key to finding the right path of care for you. Lisa Price-Stevens, M.D., Medical Director for Fallon Total Care, will speak on establishing a relationship with your doctor that is built on communication and trust.

Athleticism, curly hair and dimples are examples of family traits. So are the risks of asthma, diabetes, cancer and heart disease. Provider Speaker Series: Preventing Lyme disease*
If you play outdoors, camp, hike or garden, you are bound to cross paths with ticks that carry Lyme disease. Undetected, the disease can lead to potentially serious conditions such as arthritis, swelling of joints and cognitive disorders. Sarika Aggarwal, M.D., a practicing physician and Chief Medical Officer of Fallon Health, will discuss ways to protect yourself from tick bites, proper removal of attached ticks, and symptoms of the disease.

Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses designed to increase your flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation promote stress reduction and mental clarity. SilverSneakers® Fitness program is a health and fitness program that gives you a basic membership to select fitness facilities and/or an at-home fitness kit.

Taking care of you: Stress reduction program*
A thought-provoking four-week workshop designed to help individuals learn valuable lessons about taking care of themselves in order to reduce stress. The workshop will include healthy eating tips, exercise and relaxation ideas, a special reflection time devoted to learning how to live a more fulfilling life, and a host of everyday tips that individuals can incorporate into their daily lives to help reduce stress immediately.

Optimize your email experience with help from Fallon. Get tips on how to create, and remember your passwords; identify fraudulent emails, including those with names of friends or family members; and the top ways to avoid email delays and problems.
Tech series: Facebook 101
Your friends and family are all on Facebook—you should be too! Fallon’s social media coaches will assist you in creating an account, explain the difference between posting a status and a public message, show you how to send private messages, upload and share photos, and most importantly how to make connections with friends and family.
Tech series: Navigate the internet—with success!
You want to research your favorite subject, watch a cooking demonstration, and find old classmates on the internet—but how do you do it? Learn how to use web browsers, when to use address bars, how to bookmark or “save” your favorite sites, and more.
Tech series: Fallon: your online health resource
Get the most out of your health insurance coverage at fallonhealth.org! Our site allows you to search for doctors, review covered prescriptions, view plan benefits and more. Plus, myFallon gives members exclusive access to their plan information like submitted claims and billing details; information about copayments, coinsurance and deductibles for specific services; members can even use the site to access registered nurses 24 hours a day.
