Are you an FCHP member who wants to quit smoking? Quit to Win, our tobacco treatment program, offers support meetings where we’ll help you develop a personalized stop-smoking plan.

Discounted nicotine patches and gum for members

As an FCHP member, you can also purchase nicotine replacement patches and/or gum at discounted prices when you participate in our support groups or phone counseling. FCHP MassHealth members and NaviCare members can get nicotine patches and/or gum for free.

Smoking cessation support groups

People who participate in a weekly program while they’re quitting smoking are much more successful than people who try to do it without group support. Our free smoking cessation support groups meet every week in Auburn, Clinton, Gardner, Leominster and Worcester. To join, you must attend an orientation session.

Telephone counseling is also available to FCHP members who can’t attend our weekly support meetings.
