• It Fits! fitness reimbursement program
  Get up to $400 per family plan ($200 for individual plans) to use toward gym memberships, cardiovascular home fitness equipment, lift tickets, town and school sports programs, Weight Watchers, and other healthy activities. New for 2012: More weight loss programs are now eligible AND you can now use your It Fits! benefit toward cardiovascular home fitness equipment. Reimbursement amount may vary by plan design and employer.

  A health and wellness program for birth and baby that offers free prenatal vitamins, a free car seat or breast pump, and other “little extras” for expectant parents.
• Quit to Win—FCHP's tobacco treatment program  
  Quit smoking with individualized stop-smoking plans, support meetings and telephone counseling.
• Naturally Well (alternative and complementary health care discounts)  
  Discounts on acupuncture, chiropractic care and massage therapy.

• Healthwise Knowledgebase
  The Healthwise Knowledgebase is an online health encyclopedia which features information on diseases, conditions, medications and other health topics.
  
• Health risk assessment (requires My FCHP login)
  A health and lifestyle questionnaire which evaluates your family history, fitness and eating habits, emotional health, and other health factors to provide you with an overall picture of your current health and wellness
• Nurse Connect (requires My FCHP login)
  Access registered nurses and other health care professionals 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year
