Your FCHP ID card

Starting in June, members will get new FCHP membership ID cards. The new ID cards will be easier to read with bigger text. We also color-coded the ID cards by plan type so that providers can easily see what plan the member has. We'll be sending out these cards to new members in phases. This means that some members will still use the "old" card when getting medical care.
