If you're getting one of the specialty medicines shown on the list below through a pharmacy, you must use CVS Caremark Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy to get your medicine. (This does not apply to our Fallon Senior Plan or Medicaid members.)
This change was made to make sure you receive the personalized care, education and support needed for you to get the best treatment with your specialty medicines. If you are affected by this change, you will have received a letter from FCHP.
