NaviCare provides coordinated medical, prescription and support care for people who are 65 or older, live in the service area, and are enrolled in both Medicare Parts A and B and MassHealth Standard. If you have MassHealth Standard, but you do not have Medicare Part A and/or Medicare Part B, you may be eligible to enroll in our NaviCare SCO program.
