You have access to more than 64,000 pharmacies in your pharmacy network. FCHP contracts with pharmacies that equals or exceeds the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services requirements for pharmacy access in your area. The pharmacy network may change at any time.

  This directory is current as of September 9, 2011. Some plan providers may have been added or removed from the list after this directory was created.

If you need assistance locating a pharmacy or are looking for a particular pharmacy and do not find it:

• Current members call:
  1-877-700-6996 (TDD/TTY: 1-877-795-6526), Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (From October 15 through February 14, we're available seven days a week.)
• Prospective members call:
  1-877-255-7108 (TDD/TTY: 1-877-795-6526), Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (From October 15 through February 14, we're available seven days a week.)

Except in emergent and urgent care situations, you must use network pharmacies to access the prescription drug benefit. Quantity limits and restrictions may apply.
