Informational meetings for prospective Fallon Senior Plan members

At these meetings, you’ll get the most up-to-date information about Fallon Senior Plan HMO, including eligibility, benefits, copayments, coinsurance and premiums. A sales representative will be there to answer your questions and guide you through the enrollment process. We hold our group meetings at local restaurants, senior centers, and other convenient locations within our service area in Massachusetts.
