Network and service area

Fallon Senior Plan Premier Preferred members may receive care from whomever they want, wherever they want—without a referral. Members pay less when they receive care from an in-network provider.  Members pay a higher share of the cost if they go to a provider outside of the network.

Prescription drug coverage

Both Fallon Senior Plan Premier (HMO) and Fallon Senior Plan Premier Preferred (PPO) offer Part B and Part D prescription drug coverage.

Our online drug formulary, which includes both brand-name drugs and generic drugs, lists the prescription medications that are covered by Fallon Senior Plan. Check the drug formulary to see if your medication is covered.

Pharmacy network
In addition to many community pharmacies, Fallon Senior Plan members can fill prescriptions at many major retail chains.
