Revised policies – effective July 1, 2014
The following polices have been updated; details about the changes are indicated on the policies.

• MassHealth Provider Preventable Conditions Payment Policy  – Updated the code in the policy.
• Non-Covered Services Payment Policy  – Updated the codes in the policy.
• Outpatient Drugs Payment Policy  – clarified discussion about drugs waste.
• Team Conferences and Telephone Services Payment Policy  – Updated the codes in the policy.
