Fallon Health partners with Beacon Health Strategies to provide behavioral health services, which include mental health and substance use problems. You can call Beacon during business hours and, if it is an emergency, after hours, at 1-888-421-8861.

To find a provider:
- Enter "fallon" as your plan name and then click "Go."
- Enter "MA" as your state.
- Choose your plan type: look at the right side of your health plan ID card to find your plan name. If your plan name is:

||All other |
as your plan type.
|Choose “Medicare” as your plan type.
||Choose “NaviCare Dual” as your plan type.
