Community Engagement: resources for the communities we serve
Fallon Health’s community focus is at the heart of all we do. As a not-for-profit organization, we live up to our mission of improving health and inspiring hope. Through our community engagement efforts, we continually look for ways to make meaningful differences in people’s lives.
We donate more than $1 million annually to community organizations across our service area through volunteering, in-kind services and these funding programs:
