Fallon Health solidifies its future in downtown Worcester

Local health plan announces plans to add its name to One Mercantile.

Worcester, Mass., December 21, 2023 ― Leading health care services organization Fallon Health today announced its name and logo will soon be present atop One Mercantile, a prominent office building in downtown Worcester and the organization’s future headquarters. Two signs are scheduled to be added to the building in late spring 2024. One will be on the front of the building (Foster Street) and the other will be located on the side facing Interstate 290 (also Foster Street).

“Adding the Fallon Health name to One Mercantile demonstrates our long-standing commitment to Worcester and pays homage to our past, present, and future,” said Christine Cassidy, Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer, while noting the organization’s nearly 50-year history in the city. “Our new headquarters will be a hub of innovation to serve those who need us most. Members, employees, and community partners alike can take great pride in seeing the Fallon Health name featured on the well-known building.”

In November, Fallon Health announced it will move its corporate headquarters to One Mercantile in the fourth quarter of 2024. The move will provide the organization with the space and resources it needs to accommodate its evolving workforce and support further business expansion in government-sponsored health insurance programs such as Medicare and Medicaid.
