Fallon Health Launches Improved Member Portal
New digital platform gives members greater ability to manage their health care
Worcester, Mass., February 11, 2021— Fallon Health, a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health care services organization, announced today the launch of its member portal, MyFallon. The improved MyFallon features new easy-to-use tools that allow members to take greater control of their health care.
“The new portal reflects Fallon’s mission to making our communities healthy,” said Richard Burke, President and CEO of Fallon Health. “MyFallon gives members the ability to monitor their medical costs, budget for medical needs, and receive care.”
Available to all Fallon Health members, MyFallon connects members to vital information about their health insurance benefits, coverage and claims. The new MyFallon improves upon functionality that was already available, such as claims look-up and electronic documents, and also gives members new tools that will allow them to:
- See copayments and/or coinsurance for common services
- Track deductibles and out-of-pocket-maximums
- Check authorization status
- Log into many of Fallon Health’s online tools with a single username and password
