New FCHP membership ID cards are coming!

Starting in June, members will get new FCHP membership ID cards. We’re excited to provide our members with a new simplified format.
The new ID cards will be easier to read with bigger text. We also color-coded the ID cards by plan type so that providers can easily see what plan the member has.

We will be sending out these cards to new members or to members whose benefits are changing. This means that some members will still use the"old" card when getting medical care. We have contacted providers to tell them that members will be using both old and new cards.
