Our products include:

• Commercial HMO and PPO plans
• Medicare plans
• Medicaid and Commonwealth Care plans
  

We also offer health and wellness services and programs to help our members stay healthy and productive:

• Smoking cessation program 
• Reimbursement program for gym memberships and other healthy activities
• Reimbursements for school and town sports leagues
• Discounts on acupuncture, chiropractic care and massage therapy

We're a provider of care for elderly adults

FCHP sponsors Summit ElderCare, an integrated program of care that offers elderly adults and their caregivers an alternative to nursing homes.

We're good neighbors

FCHP supports programs that promote health care and social services. In 2007, we gave a total of $1.2 million dollars to programs in Massachusetts.

We also think community service is so important that we encourage our employees to volunteer. FCHP invites employees to volunteer one day per year, on company time.

We're growing

We're strategically growing our business by focusing on new markets and diversifying our product line and expanding into senior care and senior living options.

In the past two years:

• We've added more than 4,500 doctors and 17 hospitals to our network, which now stretches from Boston to the Berkshires.
• We've opened three new Summit ElderCare sites and built an additional Worcester facility.
