Continued growth begins your very first day at FCHP. We start our new employees on the path to knowledge with a new hire orientation program which introduces our company and its products, as well as our mission and values.
New hire orientation
When you begin at FCHP, you'll go through an orientation that's designed to help you transition to your new job smoothly. You'll learn about FCHP's structure, culture and vision, and you'll also get practical information like where to find the nearest ATM.
Leadership development
Leading at FCHP is a required learning curriculum for new managers to FCHP and newly promoted managers at FCHP. Designed to equip our leaders with the knowledge and skills to coach teams and achieve results from the teams they manage, the program covers topics such as:
- Coaching for improvement
- Getting started as a new leader
- Behavioral interviewing
On-site learning
As you advance in your career at FCHP, you'll want to develop a strong foundation of knowledge and skills related to your position. We provide an easy way to gain that knowledge through our on-site seminars and workshops.
Know the Business You’re In
Knowing the ins and outs of the managed care industry helps us to do our jobs better. Our one-hour "Know the Business You're In" sessions are held monthly and are presented by experts within FCHP.
Doing the Basics Well
Our "Doing the Basics Well" sessions present topics that help you develop and enhance skills so that you can exceed our customers' expectations.

Our program includes biannual and annual awards given to individuals and teams, on the spot awards given by employees to their co-workers and above and beyond awards given by managers and directors.
