As an FCHP employee, you can maintain a healthy lifestyle with our award-winning wellness resources and programs.

Here are some of the services we offer:

• Company fitness room and shower facilities
  Our fitness room features treadmills, recumbent bike and elliptical machines as well as free-weights. Fitness classes are also offered throughout the year.
• Fitness challenges
  FCHP partners with a wellness coach and offers a variety of fitness challenges throughout the year, including a “Lose to Win,” “Walking Challenge” and “Fit in 45 Days” challenge. Many of our employees participate in these activities.
• Smoking cessation
  Our on-site cessation groups are free to all FCHP employees and include counseling, group support and nicotine replacement therapy. We also offer health insurance discounts to employees who don't smoke.
• Lunch-n-Lean
  One hour "hands-on" demonstrations and education sessions during the lunch hour. Topics vary for each session.
• Flu vaccine clinic
  FCHP holds free on-site flu immunizations clinics for employees during the month of November.
• Personal health assessment tool
  This health and lifestyle questionnaire provides you with an overall picture of your current health and wellness and offers suggestions for getting and staying healthy.
• On-site Weight Watchers program
  Our Weight Watchers sessions include weekly meetings that are held on-site during lunch.
