Will I be contacted after I submit my resume?
You will receive an automatic email notification after you submit your resume online and this may be the only correspondence you receive from us. Because of the large number of resumes we receive, we are only able to contact candidates who best match the requirements for the position. Please be sure to read the requirements listed for each job before applying.

Please do not submit your resume for general consideration. Our process is to review resumes for current openings. If you do not see the job that you are interested in, please check back as we update our postings regularly.

Yes. Summit ElderCare is sponsored by Fallon Community Health Plan. The FCHP Recruitment Team recruits for both Summit ElderCare and FCHP employees.

What kind of jobs are available?

What type of education and/or licensure is required?
The educational requirements vary depending on the job you are interested in. Some jobs require a Bachelors Degree and some require a particular licensure. All of our job postings include the educational and licensure requirements for the particular position. Please note that if the job requires a degree or licensure, these will be verified prior to start of employment.
