Hanover employees have two distinct FCHP network plan options: The Advantage Plan and FCHP Direct Care.
The Advantage Plan: Tiering

Tier 1: This tier includes but is not limited to local providers such as UMass Memorial, St. Vincent Hospital, Harrington Hospital, HealthAlliance Hospital, Marlborough Hospital, Reliant Medical Group (formerly known as Fallon Clinic), Southborough Medical Group and CMIPA. Members will have lower out-of-pocket costs when they see a provider in Tier 1.

Tier 2: This tier includes all other providers and hospitals in The Advantage Plan network.
