Teena Osgood, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Teena Osgood has been leading the human resources function for Fallon Community Health Plan since she joined the Fallon Healthcare System in 1999. As a member of the senior leadership team, she is responsible for establishing human resources strategies and overseeing all recruiting, retention, training, compensation, and benefit programs.

She holds a bachelor degree from the University of Connecticut in English and a master’s in industrial psychology from Springfield College. She has also earned a CLU designation.
