Fallon Community Health Plan to host free wellness seminar at Worcester Senior Center
Worcester, Mass., November 5, 2007―Fallon Community Health Plan (FCHP) invites seniors and their caregivers to attend a free health seminar on Wednesday, November 14 at 10 a.m. at the Worcester Senior Center, 128 Providence St., Worcester.
Ann Marie Budness from the SilverSneakers® Fitness Program will be joined by Healthways Instructor Coordinator Tina Bohaboy to discuss “Maintaining a healthy weight.” The seminar will address the importance of maintaining a healthy weight, and the role physical activity plays in avoiding overweight and obesity.
