Fallon Community Health Plan appoints Linda M. Aiello to Director of Member Appeals and Grievances

Worcester, Mass., October 8, 2009― Fallon Community Health Plan (FCHP), a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health care services organization, announces the appointment of Linda M. Aiello to Director of Member Appeals and Grievances. In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing all areas related to appeals and grievances, and customer satisfaction and complaint resolution for health plan members, as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies, government programs and employer contractual agreements.

Aiello has held positions in health management services, member relations and appeals, and consumer affairs since she began working at FCHP in 1983. Most recently, she served as the Senior Manager in Member Relations.

Aiello is a graduate of Becker College where she majored in business administration. A native of Worcester, she currently resides in Connecticut with her husband and two children.
