Fallon Community Health Plan to host free wellness seminar at Auburn Senior Center

Worcester, Mass., October 22, 2007―Fallon Community Health Plan (FCHP) invites seniors and their caregivers to attend a free health seminar on Thursday, November 1 at 10 a.m. at the Auburn Senior Center, 4 Goddard Rd., Auburn.

Susan Dobson, Exercise Physiologist will present “Come exercise with us.” The seminar will make you aware of how exercise contributes to healthy aging. Susan will show you both seated and standing exercises you can do in your home. Dress appropriately and join us for some fun physical activity.
