Fallon Community Health Plan to host free wellness seminar at Douglas Senior Center
Worcester, Mass., November 26, 2007―Fallon Community Health Plan (FCHP) invites seniors and their caregivers to attend a free health seminar on Wednesday, December 5 at 11:30 a.m. at the Douglas Senior Center.
Phil Milgrom, R.Y.T. Stress Management Consultant will present “Adding more years to your life and life to your years.” The seminar will introduce the principles of living a healthy life to bring more cheers as well as years.
