Fallon Community Health Plan to host free wellness seminar at Upton Senior Center

Worcester, Mass., October 8, 2007―Fallon Community Health Plan (FCHP) invites seniors and their caregivers to attend a free health seminar on Thursday, October 18 at 10 a.m. at the Upton Senior Center, 1 Centennial Court, Upton.

Beth Foley, R.N., M.Ed., Director of Health Services for FCHP, will present “Take heart: Six steps to heart healthy eating.” The seminar will introduce the six risk factors for heart disease, and how four of these risk factors have to do with the food choices you make. With the help of FCHP, you’ll learn how to prevent heart disease.
