David R. Grenon appointed to Fallon Community Health Plan’s board of directors
Worcester, Mass., January 11, 2008—David R. Grenon, retired founding president of the Protector Group Insurance Agency, Inc. and director of Commerce Group, Inc., in Webster, Mass., has been appointed to the Fallon Community Health Plan’s board of directors.
He is the immediate past chairman of the board of trustees for Massachusetts Biomedical Initiatives, and an appointed member of the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority Employees’ Retirement Board.
In addition to serving on the boards of several community organizations, Mr. Grenon is the past chairman of the Worcester Area Chamber of Commerce, past chairman of the Independent Insurance Agents of Massachusetts, and former trustee of Worcester Academy. Mr. Grenon is also an honorary trustee of Assumption College, serving as chairman of the college’s capital campaign.

A resident of Sutton, Mass., Mr. Grenon graduated from Assumption Prep and is an alumnus of Villanova University.
