Fallon Community Health Plan appoints Kristen R. Veitch, PMP, to Director of Technical and Business Services

Worcester, Mass., November 4, 2008―Fallon Community Health Plan (FCHP), a nationally recognized health care services organization, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kristen R. Veitch, PMP, to Director of Technical and Business Services. In this position, Veitch will be responsible for leading FCHP’s project management office, data warehouse operations and business intelligence. She will oversee the successful planning, execution and implementation of corporate projects and initiatives, as well as centralizing and managing data to support the health plan’s operations.

She came to FCHP from Private Healthcare Systems, Inc., in Waltham, where she held positions in network management and information technology, and served as Director of Information Technology.

Veitch graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from St. Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire. She is a member of the Project Management Institute, and a fundraising member of the PKD Foundation, which is dedicated to researching polycystic kidney disease.

A certified project manager, Veitch resides in Southborough with her husband, Paris, and two step-sons.
