Fallon Community Health Plan appoints Frank J. Mausolf to Senior Director of Claims Administration

Worcester, Mass., November 3, 2008― Fallon Community Health Plan (FCHP), a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health care services organization, announces the appointment of Frank J. Mausolf to Senior Director of Claims Administration. In this position, he will be responsible for overseeing the claims division at the health plan, including the processing of all member claims, and reimbursing providers for services. Mausolf previously held the position of Director of Claims Administration at FCHP.

Mausolf came to FCHP in 2005 from Uniprise, a United HealthGroup Company in Kingston, New York, where he oversaw the claims department.

Mausolf received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia. He is a certified Six Sigma® Black Belt, which is a business strategy developed by Motorola that aims at identifying and eliminating errors and defects in the manufacturing and business processes.

A retired United States Army Special Operations Officer and combat Veteran, Mausolf resides in Worcester with his wife, Joyce, and they have two grown children, a son and daughter, who live and work in the Worcester area.
