Fallon Community Health Plan appoints Christine Cassidy to Director of Corporate Communications

Worcester, Mass., July 11, 2007― Fallon Community Health Plan (FCHP), a nationally recognized health care services organization, is pleased to announce the appointment of Christine Cassidy to Director of Corporate Communications. In this position, she is responsible for all media and public relations, as well as overseeing the company’s internal communications, corporate publications and Web site.

Cassidy came to FCHP in 2002 as a Copywriter/Editor, and was promoted to Assistant Director of Corporate Communications in 2004. Prior to FCHP, Cassidy was Editor of The Lancaster Times and North County Family & Health. She also spent 15 years at the John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company in Boston, where, as a System Project Manager, she led a 16-member team through a multi-million dollar project to automate the company’s group health claim processing system.

Cassidy lives in Lancaster, Mass., with her two children.
