Culture
Often, what makes a company a place you'd like to work is its culture. What kinds of people work there? Are they encouraged to further their professional development? Are new ideas welcomed? And has the average employee even seen the president?
At Fallon Community Health Plan, we are proud to offer a work environment where employees are personally committed to pursuing excellence in all aspects of their jobs. While this is an ideal that comes naturally to most of our employees, our president, Eric Schultz, encourages the concept even more. Eric truly leads by example, and has built a leadership team that shares the same values.
As employees, we take the initiative to follow their lead by showing courtesy and respect to everyone. By showing business savvy while never losing sight of the human side. By asking for and listening to others' opinions. By volunteering our time and talents to help those in need. By treating others—members and coworkers alike—the way we would want to be treated. Simply put, by caring.
All of this leads to what makes FCHP such a great place to work: it's a culture of caring. And while the expectations are high, the returns are even higher.
