Fallon Community Health Plan appoints Lynn M. Patterson to Director of Government Services Clinical Programs
Worcester, Mass., June 10, 2009― Fallon Community Health Plan (FCHP), a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health care services organization, announces the appointment of Lynn M. Patterson to Director of Government Services Clinical Programs. In this role, she will be responsible for the direction and management of state regulated products within the FCHP service area. She will also oversee the development, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of all clinical programs and operations at FCHP. Patterson previously held the position of Senior Manager of Outpatient Care Services at FCHP.
Patterson has held case management and related managerial roles at FCHP since 1998. Prior to her work at FCHP, she served as the Director of Clinical Operations for Certified Nursing Services, Inc., where she managed and directed clinical operations in a growing home health care agency.
Patterson received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Salem State College in Salem, Mass., and is a member of the Case Management Society of America and the Case Management Society of New England. An avid collector of vintage clothing and Christmas memorabilia, Patterson is a member of the Rutland Historical Society and the Golden Glow of Christmas Past.
She resides in Rutland, with her husband, Chuck.
