If you have questions about Fallon Senior Plan, we’re here with answers. Come to one of our upcoming informational sales presentations, where a sales representative will be available with information and enrollment applications. At the presentation, you’ll get the most up-to-date information about the plan, including eligibility, benefits, copayments and premiums. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, and the sales representative also can help guide you through the enrollment process. Individual sales appointment sessions

If you would prefer to speak with us one-on-one, we will do that too. At our individual sales appointment sessions, you will learn about our plans and have your questions answered.

Whether you’re booking an individual sales appointment, reserving your seat for a presentation, making arrangements for persons with special needs, or you simply need help understanding your choices, we’d love to hear from you.
