Fallon Senior Plan offers more than Original Medicare alone, and our monthly plan premiums start at just $0. We have developed a family of plans with our potential members in mind. Everyone’s needs are different, and at Fallon Community Health Plan, we believe in providing different plans that fit different needs.

Fallon Senior Plan offers more than if you were covered by Original Medicare alone. And our plan premiums start at $0 a month. Our health plans have been created to fit the needs of a diverse population, and there is a plan that will help you get the most out of your health insurance benefits and coverage.

Fallon Senior Plan has a choice of plans that include two different levels of Medicare drug coverage, as well as plans without drug coverage. Basic Rx is the standard Medicare prescription drug coverage, Enhanced Rx provides the same coverage as Basic Rx, but has no upfront deductible.

Premiums for people who get extra help from Medicare

You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium if not otherwise paid for under Medicaid or by another third party. If you receive extra help with your Medicare premiums, your costs may be lower.
