$0 copayment for routine physicals and preventive care

FCHP members make no copayments for office visits with their primary care physician (internist, family practitioner or pediatrician) or gynecologist for routine physical exams. In addition, well-child visits for dependent children are covered in full to age 19.

FCHP’s It Fits! is a fitness reimbursement program which gives families up to $300 ($150 for individual contracts) to use toward gym memberships, school and town sports leagues, Weight Watchers^® programs, and a variety of other healthy activities.
