Quit to Win: FCHP's tobacco treatment program

Are you an FCHP member who wants to quit smoking? Quit to Win, our tobacco treatment program, offers support meetings where we’ll help you develop a personalized stop-smoking plan. And as an FCHP member, you receive nicotine replacement therapy for only $10 a week. Our FCHP MassHealth and Commonwealth Care members receive the patches (or gum) for free.

Our free group meetings are held in Auburn, Leominster, Spencer and Worcester. To join, you must attend an orientation session. Telephone counseling also is available for members if you prefer.
